What we need

• Your contact details including a name for confirmation of the order, full invoice address and the name of any relevant project personnel
• Item name
• Description including model number and product reference number from the price list where known
• Brief details on the intended application(s) for the product(s) that may help us confirm that your selection is appropriate – or guide us in giving advice
• Any special requests regarding the product
• Delivery address(s) including a contact name(s) and telephone number(s) for confirmation of delivery
• Requirements concerning delivery e.g. Quantity required for each delivery address, accessibility etc
• Preferred method of payment (cash/cheque/credit card/account)

Delivery

Next day UK Mainland delivery is available on many stock items using a contract courier.

Larger items are delivered using specialist hauliers.
